Firm Client Flatstick Pub Announces Expansion to Tacoma and Licensing Arrangement to Expand into California

Livengood Alskog client Flatstick Pub has developed a unique entertainment concept – a pub that combines craft beer, arcade gaming, miniature golf, and other games.

Started by brothers Sam and Andy Largent, the Flatstick Pub concept was designed to give customers a fun (and more interactive) way to enjoy craft beer, rather than simply drinking beer while sitting at a bar or watching TV.   The Flatstick Pub concept quickly gained popularity and customers, as well as ideas for new games.  In addition to mini golf, and arcade games, patrons can additionally play Duffleboard™, Ball Jockey, and ‘stick putt!™  Now, with the increase in popularity, mini golf tee times can be booked online.

About Flatstick Pub

Since launching in 2014 in Kirkland, company revenues have increased to over $6 million in 2018, up from just over $1 million in 2015.  The company currently has three locations – Kirkland, Pioneer Square, and South Lake Union.  In addition to serving public patrons, Flatstick Pub also offers pub memberships (which include a T-shirt, Pint Glass, and Member Bottle Opener), and the opportunity to book the pub for private events.

Recently, Flatstick announced the expansion of their pub concept into the Tacoma market.  The Tacoma pub will be located at 600 West Main St., near the Nike and Apple stores, and will feature 30 local beers and ciders.  This announcement follows the company’s announcement in December that it has entered into a venture to bring the Flatstick Pub concept to California through a licensing arrangement.

What are You Doing After Work?

Consider unwinding at a Flatstick Pub, and having good conversation while enjoying a local beverage and perhaps partaking in mini golf of one of the pub’s other gaming creations.
